Visit of the Honorable Governor of Assam Shri Golab Chand Kataria to Barpeta
On 28-07-2023, the Honourable Governor of Assam Shri Golab Chand Kataria visited Barpeta district for a day long tour program. He first takes prayers at the Barpeta Kirtan Ghar. After that, he discussed the various issues related to the development of the district along with the District Administration and HODs of different line departments. At 4 P.M. he participated in a program at Sri Krishna Goshala located at Niz-Damka of Sarbhog. He also visited the Jain Temple located at Barpeta Road and participated in the prayer. At 7 P.M. the Honourable Governor left for Rajbhavan.
